About
I'm a Brand Designer and Creative Director based in Seoul. I've spent 8+ years building visual identities, campaign systems, and digital experiences across gaming, media, and tech. Good design, to me, is when the strategy and the visual work are inseparable.
Most recently I led brand and content strategy across three live-service game titles at NOD Games, handling visual identity, campaign creative, and Web3 design formats at the same time. Alongside that, I founded Levly, a Korean language learning app, and ran everything on it myself: brand, product design, and go-to-market. Before that, six years at Shakr Media building and owning their brand system end to end.
I use AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly) as a real part of my workflow, not a gimmick. That means faster concepting, higher output volume, and more creative range without extra headcount. At NOD Games that translated directly into 50+ campaign assets per cycle across three live titles. I know how to move fast and I know when to slow down.
Visual identity, campaign systems, creative direction. I've worked across all three, often at the same time.
Logo systems, color, typography, tone of voice, brand guidelines. I've built from zero and I've taken over brands that already exist. The goal either way is something coherent that a real team can actually use and maintain.
Seasonal campaigns, social content, carousels, web assets, NFT launches. At NOD Games I was putting out 50+ assets per campaign cycle across three live titles at once, using AI tools to move at that pace without sacrificing quality. I think about what makes something actually work before I think about how it looks.
Visual briefs, content calendars, cross-platform strategy. I've worked as a solo creative lead and inside teams. I brief clearly, document properly, and hand things off in a way that doesn't fall apart the moment I'm not in the room.
How I work
Give me a clear brief, honest feedback, and room to work. That's really all I need. Here's what the process usually looks like.
Before I open any tool, I want to understand the brief, the audience, and what already exists in the space. Most design problems are actually communication problems.
I'll bring you 2 or 3 genuinely different directions, not the same idea with different colors. Once we pick a lane, we go all in on it.
Clean files, organized layers, specs your developers can actually read. I think about handoff from the start, not as an afterthought.
I'll tell you when something isn't working and why. I expect the same in return. Once we're aligned, I move fast.
